Coal
Creek Bitohoney
(Ebony Baron x Honey Spice)
My website is not complete without Honey,
a mare that I bought from a rescue organization in Illinois
in
1998.
I had high hopes of getting a foal out of her but that
was not meant to be. Needless to say, Honey has become a very
important asset to the farm. She takes care of all the horses
after they are
a year old. H - Scarlet takes care of them after they are weaned
and until they are a year.
Honey is now 29 and will be 30 in the spring of '08. We
hope that she will continue to raise many more of our youngsters
for us. Honey is what
Morgans are all about...kind, fair,
tough and has great longevity.
Though
she is 29, she still moves like a 10 year old even wintering
it out in our harsh winters with not a touch of arthritis.
Honey is another one of my favorites.
Honey passed away on March 7, 2008.
